Delivery Information
Couriers
We used a few different courier's based on the value, size and location of the order. We mostly use Royal Mail tracked services & Fedex for most UK orders, don't worry we NEVER use Evri or Yodel so you don't have to worry about your order being left in your neighbour's backyard or on the doorstep in plain sight.
For international orders, it varies depending on the country, but we try to use UPS when possible.
Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.

Our cut-off point for same working day dispatch is 2pm.

We don't ship on weekends, if you order after 2pm on Friday, we will ship on the Monday.
How Can I Check My Delivery?
Once we ship your order, you'll get a tracking link sent to you via email. If you opened an account with us, you can also track by logging in and checking order details.
If you don't receive an email, with order confirmation or tracking details, please check your junk folder. If there's still nothing, please email us at info@luxlight.shop
