Change of mind (Unwanted Goods)
Changed your mind? No problem! If you've purchased from us within the last 30 days, you can return your item for a full refund via your original payment method. Once received we aim to refund within 2 working days.
Here's what you need to do:

Return the item in adequate packaging to the following address;

Important Notes:

Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging & all contents to qualify for a full refund

Make sure to adequately protect item for transit, pack items within packing box in a manner that doesn't damage the item thankyou

Change of your mind returns are at buyers expense
Faulty / Item Not As Described
If you received something different from what you were ordered or you believe the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA), we promise to make it right. Email us at info@luxlight.shop with the details, and we will either replace item or organize a free return/refund. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving order to notify us of such issues.
Warranty
If your product becomes faulty beyond 30 days, then it will be covered by the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated on product page). Contact the manufacturer directly for repairs
6 Month Refurbed Warranty
If you have bought one of our refurbished or used products, then you will be covered by our own 6 month refurbed warranty, we will fix or replace any faulty items/products.
Items with faults caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered under our warranty.
